If your headlight dims with the bass notes, the “BIG 3” might work. If not an H.O. alternator will be needed, or else be prepared to pour a lot of $$$ for batteries.

This site explains the %26quot;BIG 3%26quot; upgrades.

I%26#039;ve designed my car for SQ (Sound Quality) not SPL (Sound Pressure Level) my imaging is very good. The bass sounds as if it is up front and my 12 inch sub (picture as shown) in the trunk. I LOVE how it all worked out.

1/0 ga wire to D-block

Using a dual fused D-block in the engine bay

- ANL 100 amp fuse (used for H.O. Alternator)

- ANL 150 amp fuse (used as power wire to amp)

- “BIG 3” upgrade|||you could touch 1000w RMS @ 2 ohms without any problems! careful how you go... cranking in long term may have an effect on your battery and with 1-2 years time your battery may need replacing... when I mean long term I am talking 2-3 hours of LOUD music everyday... and believe you me 1000w/2 ohms would be enough to flap the trousers of people sitting indoors... as well as make things shake.

consider using a power cap too if you want.

or you could get a higher amp battery...

or you could even put an extra battery in the back but best practice is to have an extra alternator for this..

the shaking is only as good as the enclosure.. make sure it has the right power and correct box and positioning to get the most out of it...
