i have a 600 watt rms sub in my trunk installed, and amp connectinng another amp and a distribution block in my trunk, probably will add another 200-250 watts, but do i need to upgrade the alternator in my 2008 honda accord, i already have a yellow top battery

Upgrade the Big three under the hood. You will most likely only need an alternator if you are pulling more than 1500watts or more. It all depends on the draw.
