I have changed my alternator and belt and my car still doesnt charge the battery what can i do?

the battery might not hold a charge anymore. And check your battery terminals are CLEAN and tight.

check your mega fuse it could be open ie blown

check your battery first and if its good make sure you have 12 volts to the alternator. this is where you should of told us what kind of car it is because it makes a big difference. a simple check is, turn your key on and look for your battery/charging light. it has to work but this only applies to certain vehicles
Some things to look at:

How old is the battery? There will be a time when a battery will take a charge, but will not hold it. A load tester will determine how strong, or how weak the battery is.

Another cause could be the voltage regulator. Have that checked.

What is the condition of the battery terminals? If corroded, the battery will not properly charge.

The ground wire from the battery to the frame may be loose or corroded.

A last resort-- If the engine cranks slower than normal, the starter is drawing too much voltage during start-up, thus draining the battery. The battery will only be charged properly when the engine is running, not at start-up.

These are a few things to check. I would suggest checking the terminals and load test the battery.
you might have a broken wire causing this problem. first does the battery light come on when you first turn the ignition on?make sure your getting 12volts to the main cable to the alt.
First get a volt meter - set at DC ..... Open Hood -- start engine - wait a minute or two.... Put the meter across the battery terminals - (engine still running) - It should read 13.5 to 14 volts. NOT 12 volts. In order for the battery to charge it has to have 13.8 volts in order to charge the battery. If it reads 12 volts then the battery will not charge. How an alternator charges a 12 volt battery is it has to supply 1 1/2 to 2 volts over 12 volts for the battery to draw/take a charge. ----- If its under 13 volts then the alternator, voltage regulator or electrical connections are bad. Dont forget to check the main ground (negative -) battery wire to the chassis and engine block.... If it (alternator) is supplying 13.8 volts to a battery then the battery should be charging..........
I AGREE WITH TIM B SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A FORD CHECK THE MAXI FUSE
